Why the site exists
Marketplace listings often combine several capacities, colors, generations or materials under one title. Numbers can look comparable while describing different measurement bases. TrailSift keeps identity and evidence attached so a clean table does not hide a bad comparison.
What we do
We verify model identity, rank sources, normalize comparable fields and calculate decision metrics whose formulas can be reproduced. Every page separates known facts, derived results and unknown field performance.
What we do not claim
TrailSift does not describe a product as personally tested, owned or used unless a page documents that work. Published waterproof ratings do not become storm tests, and marketplace review patterns do not become laboratory durability results.
Who publishes the work
Content is published by the TrailSift Editorial Desk. The current site does not present invented biographies or credentials. Questions about sourcing, corrections or ownership can be sent through the contact page.
